Well we certainly gave Daniel a challenge by giving him a block on the tablelands when there was a lot of properties already for sale, but we didn’t want to list it with the local real estate agents competing against everyone else.

Whilst we had a lot of interest through Daniel’s network it was a hard property to sell with a small niche market as finance is a bit harder on land rather than a house. We had a couple of contracts come and go – failing through lack of finance – but each one got better and more in our favor so we knew Daniel was working hard for us.

End result is that we got a sale while others are still sitting around waiting – well done Daniel.

He was exceptionally helpful and kind. Always turned up when he said he would, and rung if he was running late.

We tried to sell the unit in what was, it might seem, a bit of a lull in the market.
