Well we certainly gave Daniel a challenge by giving him a block on the tablelands when there was a lot of properties already for sale, but we didn’t want to list it with the local real estate agents competing against everyone else.

Whilst we had a lot of interest through Daniel’s network it was a hard property to sell with a small niche market as finance is a bit harder on land rather than a house. We had a couple of contracts come and go – failing through lack of finance – but each one got better and more in our favor so we knew Daniel was working hard for us.

End result is that we got a sale while others are still sitting around waiting – well done Daniel.
