It’s the lead-up to spring, the best time of the year (to sell)!
It’s been said before and I’ll have to agree – there is no better time to sell than in Spring. This time of the year see a continued strong market demand but with less stock available, making your home hot property. With these conditions in place you are able to demand a better price for your property.
